Jennifer (Jen) Daniels is a bold and inspiring strategic growth adviser, transformational facilitator and ICF Professional Certified Coach (CPCC, PCC) specializing in executive leadership and systemic team coaching to help business leaders accelerate growth and maximize value creation by infusing lean entrepreneurial principles into leadership development, executive team performance & impact, strategic planning, operational excellence, outcomes selling & marketing, and change management.
Jen serves as President and Managing Principal at Flying Laboratories®, a growth strategy consulting and leadership development company serving organizations in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, financial, non-profit and services sectors. The firm's name was inspired by Amelia Earhart’s plane, dubbed "The Flying Laboratory," which she commissioned to advance aeronautical innovation. That same commitment to experimentation, continuous learning and entrepreneurial growth is what fuels Jen's passion for inspiring and ennobling leaders and teams to create, grow and lead on the fly.
In the community, Jen leads the executive board for Lax4Community, a 501(c)(3) that promotes the growth of youth lacrosse in the state of Georgia through low-cost lacrosse equipment rentals, player scholarships and program grants. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities Atlanta, Board of Trustees for the Academy of the Holy Cross in Kensington, Maryland and the Advisory Council for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
For over 20 years, Jen held progressive leadership roles in technology, process improvement, sales, marketing and innovation acceleration at GE. Prior to founding Flying Laboratories in 2017, she was a commercial organization executive leading an intrapreneurial startup that provided management consulting services to GE's most strategic customers in healthcare, transportation, energy, manufacturing, financial services and retail sectors. Jennifer also served in sales and marketing executive leadership positions at ChoicePoint, USIS and LexisNexis, and was co-founder of Slimpressions® with a patented line of women’s shapewear.
Jen earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and MBA from Georgia State University. She and her husband, Frank, live in the Greater Atlanta Area and are the proud parents of 3 adult sons and 2 dogs.
